These terms govern the use of the Glactro Dashboard customer panel (https://dashboard.glactro.com/). By using the panel you accept these terms and the Privacy policy.
1. The service
Glactro Dashboard provides a private panel for YouTube channel owners who have a written agreement with it: monthly earnings statements, payouts, invoices, contracts, channel analytics, support and notifications. Access is by invitation only.
2. Your account and security
Keep your password and two-step verification codes confidential and do not share your access. To keep your account safe we send e-mails for new devices, unusual countries and failed sign-ins, and may ask you to verify with a code sent to your e-mail. Sign-in forms may be protected against bots with Google reCAPTCHA. If you notice unauthorized activity, change your password immediately and tell us.
3. Accurate information and documents
You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact and payout details you enter and for the identity documents, invoices and contract copies you upload being correct and yours. If the payout account belongs to someone else, you must upload the account / wallet holder's ID. Glactro Dashboard is not responsible for delays caused by missing or wrong information.
4. Connecting YouTube
Connecting a channel is optional. With "Connect to Glactro Dashboard" you authorize Glactro Dashboard to read your channel's YouTube Analytics reports through Google API Services with read-only permissions. Nothing is uploaded, edited, deleted or published on your channel. By connecting you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. You can revoke access at any time in the panel or on the Google Account permissions page.
5. Figures and payouts
Analytics figures are estimates provided by YouTube and may be revised by YouTube. Payouts are calculated under your agreement with Glactro Dashboard; in case of conflict, the agreement and final YouTube / AdSense reports prevail. Balances below the minimum payout carry over to the next month.
6. Notifications
We send service e-mails (statements, payouts, contracts, copyright / community warnings). Security e-mails cannot be turned off; you can manage the others in the panel.
7. Maintenance and interruptions
The panel may occasionally be closed for short maintenance; a maintenance page is shown meanwhile. Data from YouTube or Google may be delayed or interrupted.
8. Prohibited use
Attempting unauthorized access, trying to bypass security measures, sending heavy automated requests, using someone else's account or uploading forged documents is prohibited. In such cases access may be closed immediately and legal action may be taken.
9. End of access
Access may be closed if the agreement ends or these terms are breached. Subject to statutory retention obligations, you may ask for your data to be deleted.
10. Liability
The panel is provided "as is". Glactro Dashboard is not liable for interruptions, delays in data from YouTube or Google, or decisions made solely on estimated figures. This does not affect liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Unless your agreement says otherwise, the courts and enforcement offices at Glactro Dashboard's registered seat have jurisdiction; your statutory rights as a consumer, if any, remain unaffected.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Significant changes are announced in the panel. Contact: contact@glactro.com.
